Default How can I secure my Club Car seat in the down position?

If I can lock the seat down, my batteries are secure and my RUN/NEUTRAL switch is not accessible to thieves. How do you secure yours?

Welcome to TV. I have never heard of a theft of several 60 lb batteries from a golf cart sitting at the square. Does the switch have a key? If not maybe have one installed.

You can take a look at the local hardware stores for cabinet locks and see if there is one that will fit your needs. Also, most of the auto parts stores carry universal car ignition switches. These are uniquely keyed, and cost around $20, many fit the same or a slightly larger hole as the original. I have one installed on out cart, I use the ACC, OFF, and RUN positions, the START position is not used.
