Default solar panels

What ever happened to the solar panel test for golf carts, thought it was set for December.

Thanks Bill, plan on getting to it but my wife keeps finding me more things to do on the new house...

I'm still trying to get it ready for showing in few more days.

Hi, we have been researching solar power for golf carts and found it may be a great alternative to noisy, smelly gas power since it is quiet, clean, and should afford enough extra miles even in the Villages (we hope). Can you send us some information by email in advance of us seeing it. Our design appointment is January 24 and we are getting in town the day before. We will be newbies in Gilchrist sometime in April hopefully and will buy a cart sometime after, so any information provided would be appreciated.

Thanks, Marcy and Bruce Snell

A great alternative that helps the environment as well.

When you have time I'll show it to you and answer any questions.

Above was the answer to orginal poster's question about a promised December test. Anything going to happen in January or maybe February or March? Seems like a big investment without much public proof. I, as a potential consumer, would like to see hard data on long term use and endurance tests before considering to spend over $1,000 on your new system.

We moved into our new home 3 weeks ago, my priority is to get it livable.

I have the cart and the panels, just need to find a few hours to get it back together, I had to disassemble most of the cart to ship it from NY.

Knowing our agenda now with the house requirements I expect to be done on that project in less that two weeks.

Then you will see me running the heck out of it all over The Villages.

Ps the new system is less than $1,000 after rebates
