One of my taillights is not working when I have headlights on. Brake light does work fine when brake pedal activated. I can't see how to access the bulb to replace. Any suggestions?

These are typically LED based lights, and do not have replaceable bulbs. The newer carts also may have an electronic module (in the dash) between the controls and the lights. I have seen these fail.
IMHO the best way to determine if it is a rear light failure or the electronics is to carefully measure the voltages AT THE TAILIGHT with the lights on and off. If you do not have the equipment to do this, I can help, send me a PM to get together. I am just south of 466a near Buena Vista.
