Carts and Clubs will send out a technician, but he might have to order parts or needs to work on it in their shop, then bye-bye cart for a week. (Some will want to dispute that, but be forewarned I have a cart from TV carts and my wife from Carts and Clubs).

My other question is whether one can legally drive their cart to the place in Freedom Plaza. (That one is sure to get conflicting answers)
Carts and Clubs comes to my house and does the service and they have belts, and other components. Takes less than an hour. I don't have to leave my house and I don't NEED a loaner.
The only time they did not have the part, it was the headlight module which was on backorder with EVERYONE(I called the TV store and they confirmed as well as Webster). When it came in they came and installed it for free.
I went through the Villages Cart store back with an old Yamaha from a rental house I bought, early morning drop off, loaner, pick up later. PITA, way easy to have it done in your driveway.

Todd Casey Golf Cart service does this too.
