Default Yamaha Rear End

I have a 2015 Yamaha. Is it possible to change the rear end to be independent like the 2017 forward?

Go to the online golf cart vendors and ask if they have a conversion kit for your cart. I am going to GUESS that there will be suspension mount points that will be different, as well as the differential connection to the engine.
If you are asking because of a very stiff ride, check your tire pressure, our 2017 recommends 22 PSI. Also, ours rides stiffer as we have the rear facing 4 passenger option with the heavy duty (aka stiff) suspension, this works great with 3 or 4 people on the cart, but is a stiffer ride with 1 or 2 people.

I believe by the time you spend the money on the change over kit and do some fab work to make things all fit. You’ll find it cheaper to just trade for that newer model. Just my thought

Agree with the "short answer".

But...............with enough aftermarket demand, the conversion kits will be developed.

I'll be the second name on the petition.
