This beautiful, tiny little girl is still looking for a "furever" home. Pearl only weighs 8 lbs and is about 5-7 years old. She is affectionate and likes to sit in your lap all day. She enjoys burrowing under the blankets and playing with her toys. She is not good on a leash or harness, but I see no reason with patience she could be trained. But right now they are thinking someone with a fenced yard (courtyard villa) would be best. She will tolerate other dogs, but she does get jealous. She would prefer to be an only child so she can get all the love and attention. She does have a history of seizures, so she requires medication twice a day for that. She also has a luxating patella (knee cap that jumps out of place). It is not giving her any problems right now. I had a dog that had one and the only thing I noticed was once in awhile she would be going along and take a skipping step. Pearl is very smart and food motivated, so training her should be pretty easy. She was found as a stray. She had dental disease and mammary tumors and had two surgeries to take care of those issues. Today she is healthy and happy. Her adoption fee is $225. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and has a microchip. Once she warms up to you, she will be your little sidekick for life.
