Sooooo, you want people to come over and bring you stuff for unnamed rescue organization. I'll bet you're on the level, and teaching good ethics to your grands? is that what the "Stein boys" are?
but I would be more likely to do that if you would say what organization and who you are and how you came up with this idea for getting donations.
:-)
not saying anything negative ok? I like to rescue animals too.

I looked at the history of your messages on totv, and I think you are sincerely trying to help animals....but please give readers a clue what animal rescue organizations you are helping if you expect anyone to believe you. You must present what you are doing in a way that other people can understand.

Just an FYI - RABBITS are the third most abandoned pet in the United States. Gainesville Rabbit Rescue has been rehoming these babies for years. You must have a home study before being able to adopt a bunny or bonded pair from them. They too, are always in need of items for their rescue. From your old clean bathroom rugs, to your old towels, etc. You may contact Kat Finelli at Gainesville Rabbit Rescue for questions. 352-318-0028.

NOT WILD RABBITS that are found outside in the woods. They know how to take care of themselves. Domestic Rabbits, when released outside, can not care for themselves - have no knowledge of the outdoors and usually starve to death if they do not become dinner for snakes, birds, or gators....

Remember that bunny you had as a child for an Easter Gift? Well, people are still giving them to young children who can't care for themselves, less alone a rabbit that some can be considered high maintenance. They live just as long as dogs too...

These boys did a great job. My husband and I stopped by this afternoon with a bunch of stuff and had the pleasure of meeting the 2 older boys. The little guy was having a nap. They couldn't thank us enough and offered us cookies and lemonade. When we left we were given a nice thank you note. Their efforts should be commended. They have inspired me to start making some dog and cat blankets for next year. We will also start buying pet supplies as part of our weekly groceries and saving them for when the kids do this next year. Awesome job boys! It was a pleasure meeting you all.

I agree. They were great! And I bet they had fun designating all the bags for the items to go in and planning the event. I am sure they will grow up to be loving, thoughtful men who care about animals and people. Maybe one of them will even be CEO of The Humane Society
Terrific job boys!! And thank you so much for helping the animals!
