I'm here 2X a day & have seen it all. A gal pulls in behind the fire dept and parks her cart in front of the "Authorized FD Only" sign....I'm standing on the other side of the fence near where she parked & advised her that was a no parking zone. WHOOSH - right over her head. She said "I'm a retired fire fighter, I used to drive the truck, and they don't care if I park there." She walks into the dog park puffing on a cigarette & within minutes lights up another. I then asked if she could read because she was standing directly in front of the no smoking sign. She says "I don't care"....this isn't the first time she's been in this park....but I believe it's the first time ANYONE has said anything to her. Blatant disregard for any rules. I couldn't decide if she was drunk or stupid. And yes a firefighter came out & told her not to park there after today due to training and the fire hoses being stretched out behind her cart.
