Default Canned or "soft" dog food

My 12 year old pug has been feed and willingly ate Iams dry food his whole life. Lately he has shown less interest in eating it. We think his teeth maybe getting loose so we put him on canned food. (Loves it) My question is what is "good" food out there? There are lots of brands and varieties.

I feed my Abby Fresh Pet. She absolutely loves it and this is the first year since I have moved here that she doesn't have summer allergies.

I give Blue Buffalo Freedom Grain-Free Senior. Sunny is 10 yr old mini poodle (obviously not the dog pictured). Lol
