And interesting to notice all dogs are under control and not a retractable leash in the entire pack...

I love dogs...it's the owners that have to be trained....many are not as smart as their dogs...

Good for the dogs, too, to be walked in a pack.

Maybe the front end loader that follows the pack was missing from the photo.

I've seen them. Fun is when one group runs into another.

According to the pet-rule, there can't be more than 220,000
But that number will go up by about 5,000 after all the annexes are completed.

The dogs are mostly large. They follow at a brisk pace and do not pull off for a whiz or stop for a poop while being walked.

The walker is a pack leader. Often there will be one or two dogs only who follow without a leash. They stop with the owner and hurry to catch up.

Bicyclists or skateboarders may be trailed by a dog. How they get across the absolute madness of traffic at every intersection I do not know.

I found a boyfriend for my boxer, Emma. We couldn't take our eyes off each other...
