Does anyone know of someone who will feed pets daily for a three week stretch. Not interested in boarding or full time pit sitting, just need someone to stop at my home daily and feed my two cats.

I just used Melanie Pentecost 941-376-1724 to feed my cat each day while I was on a cruise - I just needed her to come in a refresh water bowl, fill up dry food dish, and give half a can of wet food each day - didn’t need any bonding (my cat hid from her the entire time, so they never met, which was OK) - she was reasonable in cost, and she sent me a few texts, letting me know everything was fine back home, and that my cat was eating regularly. She resides in Richmond.

I have a self-cleaning “no-touch” litter box - which are great by the way - which I swap out every two weeks for one cat - so there was no need for anyone to tend to the litter box while I was away - if I had been away for more than two weeks, then I would have needed the cat sitter to swap out the litter tray.

Does your village have (as many do) a Residents' social club? A good place to start would be to ask whomever is in charge of that. There's a good chance that you have a neighbor or two who does this type of thing on a volunteer basis.

Automated litters are very easy to take care of, 2-3 weeks before bin needs to be emptied. Inexpensive, for those who travel for couple of days. It’s been 10 years since we scooped a box.

Why did you feel the need? Never stops amazing me how people have to think everyone needs to be told as adults...I'm sure they are capable...
