I was driving in my golf cart this morning near Winn Dixie in Lake Sumter. It was still dark (6:30). I saw a kitten, around 12 weeks old, run into the bushes. I stopped and put out some cat food. As soon as I got into my cart again, 4 more came out of the bushes to eat. I think they are still young enough to trap, fix and adopt out but the adoptee would have to work with them a bit to socialize them and get them to be great pets. If anyone knows someone who wants a kitten, let me know and I will give them it after I trap and fix it. Otherwise I have to release them after and keep feeding them.
If anyone feeds in the old spot where the Siamese looking kittens were last year that I got out of there, these kittens were near Old Camp Rd. closer to The Medicine Chest.
