Regretfully, but necessarily, our Humane Society/SPCA of Sumter County must terminate our newspaper recycling effort effective August 1st, 2016. Please let anyone who has been kind enough to be donating them of this update. We shall continue to be "green" with our aluminum can collection (rinsed & crushed), our ink cartridges & old cell phones. The newspapers were too cumbersome, time consuming & little return for all the costs/effort involved...but we all tried! And we appreciate everyone's effort!
