Took our dogs to Villages Pet Spa on Rolling Acres road now we have a tick problem. Wont do that again.

try using 'revolution' on your dogs instead of leaving them open for fleas and ticks.

Doubt if you got the problem from the spa but we were told by our vet to make sure we treat our dogs after every bath. Once a month bath so it coincides with the normal flea and tick treatment. At the time zoe was getting baths with a medical shampoo.

Been there done that as suggested above. Had them groomed while their stay. The groomer said said she didnt see any ticks on them. Yeah right . They were groomed the day we picked them up. Looking for a new boarding facility.

if your dog doesn't have a topical medication that is applied monthly which will protect him or her from fleas,ticks,mange and more then a simple act of being outdoors will make your dog susceptible to getting ticks.
