Unfortunately, there is a large dog with a known problem with small dogs on Olanta Drive in the Village of Caroline. The dog has apparently been harmed by some hateful humans in the past. As much as that pains me, it does not excuse the current loving owners from the responsibility of containing the dog and protecting the many small dogs that walk in that area. A harness instead of a collar that the dog is capable of pulling her head out of. A muzzle so it cannot bite. A safe restraint that prevents the dog from getting free. That way the dog can enjoy the outside and all dogs still be safe. Until that happens, please avoid that area if you have a small dog.
