New forever home needed

"Hi Steve and Corinne - Scott Plate here, Joan and Harold's son. We need to make arrangements for my parents' cats. We don't want to put them down if we can find another solution, so I was hoping you could forward this e-mail to the pickleball group to see if there might be anyone interested in adopting two very pretty 12 year-old registered Abyssinian cats. They are declawed, and in very good health - all shots up to date, etc. They are sisters, named Cleo and Sara, and have been together since they were in utero, and have never spent a day apart, so they are a package deal. If we can't place them somewhere together, and it needs to be soon, we'll need to go to plan B. One of them is rubbing my leg as I type this, so I really do not want to go to plan B if we can help it. I'm attaching a photo of them here. If you wouldn't mind sending this to anyone you can think of that might be interested, we'd really appreciate it. Jeff has spoken to various animal hospitals in the area and the no-kill shelter in Ocala, and they were nice but had no solutions other than more phone numbers. We need to address this very quickly - if Joan comes home, her care will be impacted and we need to keep things as simple as we can. Dad will not be home any time soon. They are doing better, but are still very frail."
