Default No Kill Shelters?

A lady asked me if there were any no kill shelters or rescues around that would take her old cat. Anyone know?

I'm not positive, but I was told recently the Leesburg Humane Society shelter is no-kill.

I'm curious why she wants to dump the poor thing. Hope it's cause she CAN'T take care of him not that she doesn't WANT to do so.
