Congrats Tal. I hope he does well at the dog park. I hear some of those female dogs can be real bitches!

Tal, the news is all over the dog park.

I was just at DDRR, talking to Scout's dad, and he told me your good news.
I am so happy for you.
I'm looking forward to seeing you at DDRR and meeting your new friend.

Congratulations! Thank you for giving a pet a forever home. You will get so much more than you give. Such unconditional love! We adopted our wired-haired Jack Russell 3 years ago and he has been such a blessing. Please post pics!.

Welcome to The Villages, Beau, and to your new home. Good on you for adopting from a rescue. Love the name. I used to have a Beau, too. Enjoy.

Yay!!!! there's nothing like a new furry one to help you get over the last furry one. Not that Sport will ever be displaced in your heart, but it sure helps to keep busy with a new pet. Good luck with him!

Yes, my heart still has room for yet another dog. He seems to be quite a favorite at the dog park but I do have to watch just which laps he visits. He is a completely indiscriminate lap jumper even if the person has a dog which will get jealous. After he jumps on a lap he then thinks he is the size of a Rhodesian Ridgeback and protects that person.

We ran into a Borzoi last night on a walk and he was too tiny to even really reach the dog's butt. He just walked around the Borzoi's legs looking for some way of getting higher. The dogs' owners were trying to get the very accommodating Borzoi to lean down.

Tal! Hijacking this for a moment. Where did you see the zoi? We saw one with an elderly gentleman at the Brownwood market a couple of weeks ago, and I stupidly did not take their picture for Lovsthosebigdogs. I told LTBD that I would try to track them down, as LTBD is moving down here in June with three zois. What neighborhood were you in when you saw them?

Hers are two rescues and one from a breeder, and she would love to hook up with other zoi owners.

I'd like to meet your new addition.
I'm glad to hear that he is fitting in so well.
What time do you usually go to DDRR?
