Thumbs up Vicious Attack Dog bit my Foot & Sandals

Jack is a Mini Schnauzer, 2 months old, in Altamonte Springs – OY VEY, what a trip! From a litter of 5 boys & 2 girls. I got first pick of the boys today. I am picking him up Sunday as I needed to get his supplies. He’s so cute, cuddly and gives lots of kisses. I’m sure I’ll have to deal with his anxiety withdrawal. Plus he has to get used to new rules; no jumping on the furniture, no chewing whatever he finds & no free roam of the house. Getting him outside trained for his business & like a baby, I will have to get up in the middle of the night to let him out. It’s a lot…BUT…Yes, And, it will be far more fun than chores and easier than a man.

Luckily, the breeder is letting me put her in my will as Jack’s inheritor for he will surely outlive me. She’ll be able to sell him as he has papers, AKC & all that jazz.

A New Mommy

She stated she is training him to "go" in her own yard... that's what we always did also, the instructor at obedience training always explained how a dog should be trained to go at their own home, and sure enough, it was not difficult, but you did have to NEVER give in for the training period... just like with kids, if you fail to reinforce just one time, the behavior becomes even more difficult to extinguish !

Awww! I don't know who to be happiest for, he or she. Long, happy and healthy lives together with your new best friend.

And so I don't ruin my image let me be the first to tell you, get that dog off my lawn!

Try to "bell trian" him. Hang a bell from whichever door you usually use to take him outside.

Show him to hit the bell every time you take him outside. Take his paw and hit the bell with it...

He'll quickly learn to alert you when he wants to go out...

My wife bell trained ours. Surprised at how fast they picked it up and it works great.

Yes. My niece did it with her dog & it's so cute to watch.
