Does anyone happen to know where I can find a good lease for my new rental property? Actually I’d like to have one for a short term and a long term rental agreement.

If anyone has this in a format to share please let me know. Appreciate any help available.

Hope I’m being clear here. I’m looking for the actual paperwork someone signs when they rent my property. I know there are many online. I would like to find a few that rental owners in TV use.
