2005 club car 4X 12 volt batteries always wet on top
On my original batteries I could fill to the upper ring with no water accumulating on the top or boiling over.
Two years ago February I I had new Trojans installed. These batteries are wet on top almost all the time. I had to back off the amount of water and now only fill about half way from the top of the plates to the upper ring. Why would these batteries "push" or bubble enough to wet the tops all the time? btk |

Seems like your system is overcharging causing batteries to have moisture on top. Overcharging could be caused by all batteries being weak and not letting the charger to complete its cycle and shut off in normal charge time.
Or this may be caused by one or more batteries having a bad cell also not allowing charger to complete a normal charge cycle. |
