2007 Yamaha Headlight Lens

The plastic headlight len's on my 2007 Yamaha has a fog on the inside of the lens. How do I remove the lens in order to clean it so that it is clear again? Any suggestions on a product to remove the fog on the plastic lens?

Yamaha fogged headlights

Sorry, have not had to experiment with this problem yet.
