Default 2013 Yamaha EFI - Clutch Replacement

Good Morning,

I have a 2013 Yamaha EFI (Gas) Golf Cart. At some point I will need to replace the clutch that is mounted on the engine.

My question is - Does the engine have to be unbolted and lifted to get the clutch off of the end of the crankshaft? Is there enough room to slid it off before hitting the frame?

Also where can I purchase a TEAM clutch as a replacement for the stock clutch currently installed?

Thanks

No it does not. I got sick of the chattering clutch in my 2013 EFI Yamaha so I had the clutch replaced and I am happy I did. It cost $275 including the belt and now my cart accelerates smoothly with no chatter and shaking.

The clutch on the engine is called the drive clutch and it can be removed without unbolting in the engine. You will need a clutch puller to remove
the old clutch and you should replace the old belt as well.
Call for current parts and tool pricing.
