Hello, We are looking into buying a golf cart from friends. It is a great deal for the money. Only, it hops up and down when we drive it. It feels as if the front is light weight and it bounces on the ground as we move along. And, no, we are not large people. Is that something that can be fixed or is it just a lemon?

If the cart has been sitting for a while it is very normal for the nylon tires to get flat spots causing bouncing. The cart should get smoother after a few days of riding.
If the bouncing does not get better with time you will most likley
need to replace the tires.
