Default Club Car wheel stud

I have a 2008 electric Club cart and have 1 stud on each rear wheel that I can't get the lug nut off for the studs are spinning in the hub. How do I get the lug nuts off to replace the studs?

It is a slow process of drilling and chiseling. Be very careful if you have nice wheels.
