Default gas left in carts

What is your advice on leaving gas in golf cart if it is not going to be used for 5-6 months? Do I need to worry about water forming??
thanks for the advice

Default Gas Cart Left for A While?

The two products we recommend for gas carts to be stored
are Startron enzyme treatment or Sta-Bil Marine formula.
Use one of these products as directed than shut the gas line off to the carb and let the cart run and stall.
Disconnect the neg. terminal of the battery and store wire safe and away.
Try to have as full a tank as possible when storing and you should be ok for now for the season.

Regards

Totally agree with Frank7. That is how I prep the motors on my boat in Connecticut for a 6-7 month lay-up. Fill the gas tank 90% full, put Stabil in the tank, go for a quick ride to run the stable thru the carbs, fog the motor, and disconnect (or in my case, remove the batteries). They start up every spring with no issues.
