Improve speed

I have a 2007 Club cart electric and want to know how I can improve the spreed. Will this also help the distance I can go? Batteries are new in 2011.

Where would I get any changes done?

What speed are you now going? If you are going 19 MPH you are at the limit of a stock system.

I think I'm doing about 19, but want to do more like 23 or 24.
