Default Right Signal Light Not Working

I have a 1998 Club Car 48v.
I have checked my bulbs, work fine, my Left works fine. I have checked the rear with voltage meter while blinkers on, get no readings. I would like to check the flasher, but can't find it, is it under the front? if not flasher, what else can I check?

You will find the flasher behind the panel where the key switch is.
It sounds as if your not getting your directionals to work and I assume your brake lights are not working either.
If your flasher checks out you may need to replace the directional unit on the steering column.

I helped old-as-dirt, the problem was a wire that had become disconnected at the bullet connector at the front of the cart. Probably was not tight when originally assembled. Fit tight when I reconnected, and the turn signal worked.
