Default Tomberlin cart

We will be moving to The Villages this fall and bought a used cart. I think we may have a problem.
The cart is a Tomberlin and is capable, by changing the key position, to go 25 mph.
It does have all the accessories needed, such as seat belts, wipers, etc.. to be street legal.
I read something, after we put money on the cart, that it will have to be registered as an automobile and the insurance will be very high.

If we stay in the golf cart designated areas and under 20 mph will everything be OK??

Any comments, thoughts??

Thanks !

When you have the cart brought in for service we can lower the high speed section of the key switch to a safe speed for a (Golf Cart) and use over 120 miles of golf cart paths.
