Default Personal Bankruptcy

If a person age 50 with a salary garnishee recieves a personal bankruptcy decision, does the garnishee come off ?

The answer to your question depends on the type of bankruptcy the person has filed. I do not practice in the bankruptcy area. I have working relationships with attorney’s that do practice in this area. Please give me a call if you would like for me to refer you t them and make an introduction.
