Default Looking for an Attorney

I'm new to Florida and was involved in a golf cart accident. The other person involved has a very aggressive lawyer (Dan Newlin). Does anyone have advice for finding a lawyer to apose this big law office.

After investigation by your insurance company of this accident, what are they saying to you and what are they advising you to do?

If the OP needs to hire an attorney, that means that he/she doesn't have enough liability coverage for the insurance company to defend the case. If you only have minimum liability coverage, your insurance company will dump you like a hot potato.
