I'm new to Florida and was involved in a golf cart accident. The other person involved has a very aggressive lawyer (Dan Newlin). Does anyone have advice for finding a lawyer to apose this big law office.

If the OP needs to hire an attorney, that means that he/she doesn't have enough liability coverage for the insurance company to defend the case. If you only have minimum liability coverage, your insurance company will dump you like a hot potato.
