Agree.

Was surprised with the other poster saying, "The greens on Hibiscus were very, very good."

Not sure what course he was playing.

Well I must admit I hit 8 out of the 9 greens on Hibiscus, all between 20 to 2 ft. I never saw a plug between my ball and the hole. I did see the old plugs taken from the back of the greens, but never played from there. I always had a nice smooth surface to putt on. I couldn't ask for better conditions. Yes, Tierra, Lopez, Glenview and Palmer are better, but they have the new greens and with more maturity. I can't wait for Cane to get the new grass because the old Bermuda is so grainy. Hibiscus is one of my favorite nine holes because it's so beautiful.

I played Cane Garden on 9/12 and 9/13/2025, all 3 of the nine holes. Cane Garden is in excellent condition, everything. Greens, fairways and tee boxes are perfect. Rumor is that when Havana is finished with their renovation, that nine holes at Cane Garden and nine holes at Mallory will be renovated. That makes so much sense compared to shutting down the entire golf operation of one golf course.

Unless something has changed in the schedule, all of Cane Garden is next in line ... then Mallory in 2028.

That is how the conversation started with the Cane Garden employee, "will Cane be shutdown completely when Havana is done?" The employee said no "they had a meeting and the employees were told just 9 holes on Cane and 9 holes on Mallory, but the powers to be can easily change their mind". The 3 nines at Cane are in great shape, why don't you check it out and ask some of the employees.
