Default Ball washers empty, too

I’ve noticed on some courses there is no fluid in the ball washers. I suppose I could bring along my own washing fluid, aka water, but as long as there are ball washing stations on pretty much each hole, you’d expect them to be filled.

I wish we could go back to the old days (pre-pandemic) when the ambassadors carried water on their carts - wonder how much $$$ they save now

There are water fountains (or "Bubblers" as they're called in Wisconsin) at every restroom and at the starter shacks. Pack your own container and fill up there. It's Florida, it's hot and it's humid. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best!

I have a ball/club washer on each cart with actual cleaner water in them. I never use the ball washers on the course. The water is filthy with who knows what.

I hope you're one of the many golfers fixing their divots and repairing their ball marks on the greens. And too, one of the many golfers who rakes the sand and places the rake properly back in the trap.
I encourage you to be a responsible adult and prepare for the day by taking your own supplies with you or purchase what you need at the starter huts at the beginning or when making the turn. Or you too can alert the ambassador or the starters if you find something amiss on the golf course.
And I encourage you also to apologize to all our hard working Ambassadors out there. They are fewer in the ranks as a result of increased minimum wage and cut backs to maintain budgets. Applications are available if you too are worthy to join their ranks and see what "little they have to do." YIKES!
Well said and good for you. I work at a regional recreation center and while often there is not much to do, at other times there is plenty to do, believe me.

I've run into the same problem on another course but I carry an insulated water container that holds ice for the entire round. When I run out of water, I refill at one of the water coolers at the restrooms. No problem making 18 holes and I usually have ice cubes left.

I was told a few years ago by an old time resident they tryed a beverage cart at Hacienda courses but all the villagers complained about the price of drinks. Who knew!

Lots of excuses for something that is inexcusable. If I were responsible, it would never happen. It's just incompetence, and there is plenty of that going around everywhere today.

Thumbs down Water on the golf courses / both champion and executive

I also have come upon empty and also stale water on the courses.
Also, they should be at the starter shack and then at the 5th hole.
Than there would only be 4 holes between water availability. Now they are on hole four or five and that means eight or nine holes between water.
THAT IS NOT GOOD!

I always bring my own refreshing beverages as well as leave my house in plenty of time so I don't run others off the cart paths!😃
