What I mean is that people can rent to ANY adults (over 19?)

It happens. Just check the FL Sex offendor web site.

It occured in one of the villas in our neightborhood!

I would think the renter (ie homeowner) is still under the villages age guidelines and could be taken to task, maybe not the renter. Would have to look at the by laws. Already found out a few things I don't like (and mother) doesn't like about the villages. One of which is housing construction starting at 1 hour before dawn??? I mean its a retirement community right? The developement board that came up with that should be shot. Start at a decent hour 7am or later....new comers in new areas beware. And if you buy on the main road you have construction traffic all day long. Glad we at least don't have that.

anlashokna, don't hit the panic button on the construction noise - it's only temporary. As quickly as the houses get built, they'll be done with your neighborhood in no time!

That too will pass. Thats one of the things we all experienced and guess what we survived.
Do you have an opinion on dog poop?
