Cigar aficionados usually find themselves at "GarVino's Cigars, Fine Wines and Gifts" on Canal St. at LSL, eventually. You can have an adult beverage at the bar/lounge and peruse their very adequate walk in cigar humidor room and pick out the stogie of the evening to smoke in their smoker's lounge along with adult beverage, if you wish.
