Hello,
Please consider attending and spreading the word about the nascent Kanopy film club. The third meeting is this Tuesday night from 6:00PM to 9:20 PM at Everglades Rec Center. The club is on a 6 month trial basis for a rec center booking once a month, and I hope people will help keep the ball rolling by showing enough interest and participation and attendance for it to keep its 'lease' or even grow to include more screenings, perhaps twice a month, one on the north side and one on the south side of The Villages (fingers crossed).
The free meeting will showcase two films that were released, not long ago, for 3D theatres nationwide. We are only watching in 2D but the 4K-HD films will be worth it for anyone who has had the privilege to see the wonders of Rome and Florence, or who is curious and waiting for the inspiration to roll up their sleeves and make the pilgrimage to see these historic places and their fantastic artistic achievements.
