Default interested in learning to play bridge

I am interested in learning to play bridge in the villages. Any suggestions where I can do that? The clubs that advertise are only looking for experienced members?

Default Try the Lifelong College

http://www.thevillageslifelongcollege.com/

The link takes you to the college's website. In the catalog, you'll find a number of courses on bridge. The instructor, Norm Mobley, does an amazing job of converting novices to accomplished players.

Default Basic Bridge Level 1

is taught at Paradise Rec Center on Mondays at 9 am - I haven't taken them, but have heard they are good, either for total beginners or those trying to get back in the game. This is free. Taught by Bill Currier. 207-641-5071. Call, because perhaps it is taught sequentially and you need to attend a particular session first - I don't know.
