There were two clubs of interest to me and both have a waitlist for members. Can another similarly themed club be created and managed by different people given there is so much demand that there is now a waitlist? If someone can point me towards the rules of clubs I would appreciate it.

To become a Resident Lifestyle Group, the resident interested in starting an activity/group must complete a Volunteer Packet and submit at any recreation facility or email it to RoomReservations@DistrictGov.org.

There are no rules prohibiting similarly themed clubs. Those have existed for many years.
