Len Hathaway presents "lightning 101" to help make you an informed consumer living here in the “Lightning Capital of the US”. It presents information based on research from the University of Florida and over 250 years of science and experience and clarifies many of the myths and misunderstandings about lightning. The knowledge gained in this one-hour presentation will help residents make an informed decision about the lightning risk for their family, pets, home, appliances, and electronics.

We will meet at 1:00PM, Monday May 6th at the Everglades Rec Center.
