I have played mah jongg for 8 years. I have always played the game using the "values" shown on the card, as monetary values. Where can I find other mah jongg players that play using monetary values?

Any rec center should have a group who play for money.

There is a nice group that plays on Friday night at the Chatham Rec Center that plays for money. Everyone gets a chance to play as there is a rotation
system. They begin at 6:30 and go until 9:00 p.m.

I too like to play for money but sometimes it is hard to find a group at a
rec center that needs a player. Maybe if we could find two more players
we can have our own table at a rec center on a night where there is
open play.
