The Why Wait for the Weekend club will be holding a dance January 28th From 6 to 9 pm at the Eisenhower recreation center featuring the All Villager Band Flipside. Tickets are available at the Eisenhower Recreation Center for $8.00 per person. Byob and Snacks. The 1st dollar of every admission will be donated to a local charity.
Flipside is a upcoming band in The Villages featuring Ray Lamia on guitar and lead vocals, 3 time grammy award winner Dave Czohara on trumpet, Ernie Sowell on Sax, Gary Senator on lead guitar, Bruce Miller (formally of the Mammas and Pappas)on drums, Jim Brannon on Bass, and Dan Brien on Keys.
Flipside plays all the music you want to hear! Rock and Roll with a little bit of soul!
Everything from Chicago to Sam and Dave to the Blues Brothers and everything in between.
So come on out and enjoy yourself in the middle of the week!
