Default Birding - Man of War (Frigatebird)

Spotted a Man of War (Frigatebird) flying overhead in the Village of St Charles. This is the first time I have seen one in TV, can any of you bird watchers out there comment on the frequency of seeing this bird? I was a bit surprised to see one this far from the coast.

What you probably saw was a swallow tail kite. They are a bird of prey, usually circling high above then diving down to raid nests of other birds. I have seen them many times in TV.

Is there a birdwatching group in TV? If so, can anyone provide info?

I'm fascinated by the birds.
