BYU stuns No. 21 Utah, snaps nine-game losing streak against Utes

The U of MN, BYU, and Nevada all won in their football games this weekend?

How are your Alma Maters doing?

I was only at BYU for ten days or so back in 1982. But did graduate from Nevada and the U of MN as well as the U of Denver, but they do not have a football team at present.

I believe I took a semester or two of Spanish at the College of San Mateo back in the mid-1980s at night. They won too. I did not know they had a football team.

I have not been in that area since 1995 or so.

Football at College of San Mateo

Way to go. I have met many people from Maryland the 16 years or so we have been here in the Villages.

I am sitting here in my office, trying to catch up on paperwork — but looking for distraction and TOTV is making that too easy. . .

Terps? That got my attention so I had to find out what and why Terps. . .

Well, one click led to another and now I know.

I even read the saga of Testudo. YIKES!

Finding himself on UVA’s LAWN!!! (I know about UVA’s historic LAWN.)

And CAPTURED by Johns Hopkins!

Having to endure his nose constantly being rubbed until it’s all shiny now!

But Testudo bravely carries on.

(Sorry, Tal, I don’t know anything about sports. But now I know all about Testudo.)

U. of Iowa 27-17 win over 9th ranked Iowa State. Defense looks great but, so far the offense doesn't look strong enough to win the Big10 West division.

Here's hoping the offense gets it rolling soon. Go Hawks!

Two of my cousin's kids went to one of those Iowa schools and both graduated. Not sure which one though.

My adopted team (Arkansas) kicked the ass of Texas all over the field of Razorback Stadium yesterday. And Texas wants to join the SEC? Pffft…..

Ole Miss currently ranked 17th but that won't last as they are in arguably, NCAAF's toughest division, SEC West.
