Question Is anybody else having a problem with gmail?

I have not been able to get into my gmail since yesterday. The screen says, "There is a problem with this website's security certificate." I have tried typing the entire address. I have tried going in through Google. Nada. Everything else is working fine on my computer except for gmail.

Is anybody else having this problem? Any help would be welcome.

Thanks.

All is working just dandy with GMail for me. I downloaded using pop3 to Windows Live Mail and also Web-based and there wasn't a hitch.

My Gmail is fine. Is it possible that there is a virus in a piece of incoming mail? If so, it should just block it, not shut down your mail. Sorry, can't help you.

Did you happen to accidentally change the date/time on your PC?

From Google's gmail support:

Kinda farfetched but worth a 2 second check.

No problem for me Boomer.
I did a google search "There is a problem with this website's security certificate" without the quote and found many others having the same problem.

Thank you all so much for the information. We are on the road right now and i really need my gmail. We are in a Hilton Garden Inn tonight. (I love Hilton Garden Inns bc the restaurant is right here on site and so we did not have to go out and forage for food after we checked in. We just walked down the hall and had dinner, and also a Maker's Mark whiskey sour for me and a Bud for Mr. B. And, also, Hilton Gardens often have really lovely landscaping. This one does. I always look at landscaping and sometimes I memorize the design so I can think about stealing it. -- the design that is -- not the plants. I do have some class.)

Anyway, I am going to show this thread to Mr. Boomer so he can maybe fix this for me. He just went out to the car to bring my stuff in. Mr. Boomer is my roadie and my tech support guy, too.

Anyway, thank you.

Boomer

Hi Jazzper, you are good. I just showed this thread to Mr. Boomer like I said I would in the last post. And you were right, Jazzper. Yesterday I had to look back at 2009 to check what day of the week a date was on, and that's when it happened. I did not change the calendar back to 2010. Thank you so much.
