Default Centurylink problems

We had Centurylink installed in our home for Cablevision and internet access. I use Microsoft Office Outlook on my PC and everytime I send or receive an email this message comes up: "The Server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The Target principal name is incorrect. VIEW CERTIFICATE... Do you want to continue using this server." The first time this happened I said NO and could not use my email at all. I did a System Restore back to the day Centurylink was installed. This time when the message came up I said YES. Now it Pops up everytime I hit Send and Receive. What is this? How do I resolve the issue for good?

NEXT: I have an Android Phone and Tablet and I cannot install Centurylink on them so I can view my email. Anyone know what to do?? I know my way around a computer but this has me baffled. The tech's that came to the house did not want to even help me connect to Microsoft Office. I am starting here to see if anyone has answers before I try to navigate thru Centurylink.

THANKS TO ANYONE THAT CAN HELP

I called Centurylink. They said they recognize a problem between them and Microsoft Outlook and are in the process of fixing it. BUT they were no help in download my email onto my Android devices. Any suggestions... I follow all the instructions and it still doesn't work. I am sure I am doing some little stupid thing wrong but I don't know what.
