My wife has been having trouble with her laptop recently and it had become almost unusable. I didn't know who to call but remembered a recent post on TOTV by Angelo Milaro from The Villages PC Repair, so I called Angelo up and tried to explain her problem. He was at our house in about 1 1/2 hours and quickly diagnosed the problem as an infestation of malware. He methodically went about repairing her laptop and it's now as good as new, probably better because he showed her how to prevent such a problem in the future.

I have been going to The Villages Computer Club, and get my advice through them. I have had two problems they were able to solve, with a quick explanation.They also repair computers, if one can't fix a PC themselves. I am a former techie who knows just enough, to get myself out of trouble.

Although Angelo did a great job for you, I would use The Villages Computer Club as another resource. They are also free, at least at the meetings. $5 a year to join. Here's a link to their website.
