Does anyone know if there is a local company that could look at my portable external hard drive which was dropped yesterday and seems to have lost all the data on the Disk. Actually my laptop won't even recognize it anymore when it is connected. I am only computer literate enough to be dangerous. There is no sensitive info on the drive. Mainly photos that I would like to recover if possible.
