iPhone, Ipad, Outlook on PC coordinated?

Can one get the contacts and calenders on Outlook on desk top/laptop to be coordinated with iPhone/iPads?

Yes, its great! The contacts are accessed through the Cloud in Outlook. I have Microsoft Outlook 2010.
