Default Logging Off

Do I have to click exit on all websites that I visit or do most sites log off automatically?

I always wondered if those sites stay open after I leave.

Thanks in advance

My advice FWIW...if you've logged in to a website, ALWAYS log off before leaving the site.

Yes, most websites will log you off automatically, but some will keep you logged on for a short period of time. Some sites will even remind you that you are still logged on after you have left the site. Also, some sites will allow you to stay logged on for several weeks or months, but they will usually require you to click on "stay logged on" option. But, different sites have different procedures.
